Setup & Onboarding (Remote)
Setup & Onboarding is a remote service session to get your VoIP service working correctly, first time.
Important:
If you order Cloud Mobile, Digital Landlines, Phone Systems, or eligible Additional Phone Number services, we add Setup & Onboarding to your basket automatically at checkout.
It is required to deliver your service properly, so it cannot be removed.
Compatibility note:
Additional Phone Number services are add-ons for selected Phone System products only. They can be ordered at any time, but they are only applicable to compatible Omni Communicator S, Omni Communicator S Mobile, or Omni Flow Essentials services supplied by us.

What we need from you
Please have ready:
✔️ A contact name and mobile number for the setup session
✔️ Your preferred setup time window
✔️ Any porting details (if you are transferring a number)
Timing
We normally contact you after your order to book setup.
We aim to complete setup as quickly as possible during working hours.
Good to know
✔️ Setup & Onboarding covers remote support only.
✔️ If we spot missing or incorrect information (for example, porting details), we will pause and tell you what is needed.
✔️ Session consent is required (you’ll see a checkbox in cart/checkout).
