These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the VoIP and SIMs website and related services. “VoIP and SIMs”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Beacon Communications Ltd, a limited company incorporated in England and Wales under Company Number 10805697, with its registered office at Level One, Basecamp Liverpool, 49 Jamaica Street, Liverpool, England, L1 0AH. VoIP and SIMs is a trading style of Beacon Communications Ltd, also known as Omni Communications.

Business Use Only: Our telecom services are supplied solely to business customers (including sole traders). We do not provide personal consumer contracts.

Each time you access or use this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, which we may update from time to time. Additional guidelines or terms for specific services or features (e.g. customer portal) are incorporated by reference.

2. Website vs. Service Contracts

These Terms cover website use only. If you purchase telecom services, that relationship is governed by our Terms & Conditions of Sale. For eligible micro‑business customers, we will provide a Contract Summary and Pre‑Contract Information before you are bound, in line with Ofcom General Condition C1.

3. Our Website & Availability

The website and any associated online tools are provided “as is”. We may modify or discontinue any part of the site without notice or liability. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, accuracy, or retention of user‑submitted data. You use the site at your own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

To access certain features you may need to register and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for updating that information and for complying with these Terms.

5. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge that processing.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

15. General Provisions

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a right does not waive it. Any claim relating to this site must be brought within 12 months of the event. We may assign or transfer our rights under these Terms without notice.
