What is a Digital Landline (VoIP)?

A Digital Landline routes your calls over the internet instead of the old copper PSTN network. It looks and behaves like a normal landline number, but with better reliability, lower costs and smarter features.

Why now?

The UK PSTN switch-off is underway. All traditional landlines are being retired and replaced by digital voice solutions.

Installation & setup

Setup & Onboarding (Remote): We configure the service with you via a one-to-one Remote Access & Support software session. This is required for Cloud Mobile and Digital Landline setup.

Hardware: Let us pre-configure devices you buy from us or bring your own compatible device.

Number porting

Landline to Digital: £15+VAT per port. Requires signed cLOA.

Pre-order validation (recommended): Check details before submitting to avoid rejections. A Number Porting & Pre-order validation bundle is also available.

Emergency calls

VoIP needs power & internet. During an outage, 999/112 may not work. See our Emergency Services Policy.
