Installation & setup
✅ Setup & Onboarding (Remote): We configure the service with you via a one-to-one Remote Access & Support software session. This is required for Cloud Mobile and Digital Landline setup.
✅ Landline to Digital:Free of charge. Requires a signed Letter of Authority (cLOA).
✅ Pre-Order Validation: If you are unsure who supplies your landline number, or your porting details are incomplete, you can select Pre-Order Validation when placing your order.
