Quick start

Number Porting (keep your number)

Bring your number from your current mobile network. Pay Monthly SIMs support mobile number porting via PAC. Prepaid (fixed-term) SIMs usually do not support porting unless specifically stated in the product description.

Activation, SIM types & coverage

  • Activate a physical SIM or eSIM
  • Check you selected the correct network (EE, O2, Three, Vodafone) and SIM type (Voice, Text & Data / Data-only / Voice & Text-only).
  • Ensure your device is unlocked and supports the chosen network’s 4G/5G bands.
