Price Changes & Additional Terms

This page explains how we deal with price changes and related terms for services sold on VoIPandSims.com.

We do not use an inflation-linked or percentage-based annual price-rise formula in our customer-facing contract packs or product pages.

That means we do not describe customer price rises using formulas such as CPI + x% or RPI + x%.

The service charge, any one-off charges, and any relevant contract term are shown on the product page and in the contract documents provided before you place your order.

Where a product includes a fixed price change during a stated commitment period, the changed price and the date it takes effect will be shown clearly before you place your order.

For monthly rolling services with no stated minimum term, prices may be reviewed from time to time. Any review is not automatic, and not every review leads to a price change.

Price reviews commonly take place around April, but timing may vary.

Notice of Changes

If we make a change to charges or terms that affects your contract, we will explain the change and any options available to you.

Where the law or regulation requires notice, we will give notice before the change takes effect.

Where the law or regulation gives a right to leave without penalty, we will explain that at the time.

Out-of-Bundle, Usage-Based and Third-Party Charges

Some charges may depend on usage or third-party costs and may not be included in the core subscription price.

Examples can include:

  • out-of-bundle call charges
  • non-standard destination charges
  • premium or special service charges
  • directory enquiry calls
  • third-party service charges
  • replacement SIM or hardware charges where applicable

These charges may change from time to time.

Taxes, Duties and Regulatory Changes

If taxes, duties, levy-type charges or regulatory requirements change, we may need to update affected charges or terms.

Where required, we will tell you about relevant changes before they take effect.
