General Condition C1: Contract Information Requirements

Under Ofcom’s General Condition C1, before a business customer is bound by a telecoms contract, we must give you key information in plain language. That means:

1️⃣ A 1‑page Contract Summary (Page 1):

  • Who we are
  • What your service includes (allowances, blocks)
  • How much it costs (“See Price Confirmation Slip”)
  • How to end your contract (notice rule)
  • Start of billing (you “Activate”)

2️⃣ Pre‑Contract Information (Pages 2–4):

  • Full details of pricing, payment, and any one‑off fees
  • Fair usage rules and traffic management
  • Contract term, termination rights and examples
  • Complaints process and links to our policies
