  • Porting details (PAC/STAC, numbers to move)

c) From third parties:

  • Shopify (checkout and account data)

We will not enable international/premium calling unless you request it; if you do, we’ll show you the current tariff before switching it on.

  • Call detail records / SIM usage logs: retained only as long as required for billing, fraud prevention, or regulatory duties, then deleted or anonymised
  • Support tickets: normally 3 years after closure (unless needed for legal claims)
    If we can’t give a fixed period, we apply criteria like legal limits, dispute timeframes and operational necessity.

8. Your rights (UK GDPR)

You can: access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, port your data, and withdraw consent where that was the basis. You also have rights regarding automated decision‑making/profiling (we don’t do this for marketing without consent). We respond within one month.

7. International Data Transfers

We store and process your data primarily in the UK and EEA. Where data is transferred outside these regions (e.g. to Shopify or analytics tools), it is safeguarded using approved mechanisms like Standard Contractual Clauses.
