Get Your PAC Code – Bring Your Number to VoIP and SIMs

Want to keep your business number when you switch? With VoIP and SIMs, you can easily transfer (or “port”) your existing mobile number—just follow the steps below.

What Is a PAC Code?

A PAC Code (Porting Authorisation Code) is a unique 9-character code you get from your current mobile provider. It allows you to move your number safely and securely to a new network, like VoIP and SIMs.

How to Get Your PAC Code

For most UK mobile networks, getting your PAC code is quick and free:

  • Text “PAC” to 65075 from the number you want to move.
(You’ll get your PAC code by SMS within seconds. This works for EE, O2, Three, Vodafone, and most UK networks.)
  • Or, call your current provider’s customer service.

Your PAC code is valid for 30 days.

What Details Do We Need?

When you’re ready to transfer your number to VoIP and SIMs, please provide:

  • Your PAC code
  • The number to be ported
  • Your order reference number (from your order confirmation)
  • Your name and contact details
  • Requested port date (if you have a preference)

Send these to:
📧 porting@omnicom.uk
or call 0161 507 7999 (Support)

What Happens Next?

  • We’ll handle your port request and confirm your port date—usually within one working day (subject to network cut-off times).
  • On the agreed date, your number will transfer to your new SIM or eSIM with VoIP and SIMs.
  • There may be a short interruption in service during the port window (normally less than an hour).
  • We’ll confirm once your port is complete and your service is live.

Important Tips

  • Make sure your account with your old provider is still active until the port is complete.
  • If you’re activating a SIM for the first time, confirm receipt and request activation first—see our Activate Your SIM page.
  • If you experience any issues with porting, contact us right away at porting@omnicom.uk or 0161 507 7999.
