Keep your number when you move to us. We support both mobile and UK geographic landline ports.

Add 1 porting item per number (or per landline extension you want to port). We’ll collect the details after checkout.

Quick eligibility rules (mobile porting)

✔️ Data-only SIMs: number porting is not supported.

✔️ Prepaid SIMs: porting is supported on 12 months+ terms only.

✔️ Pay Monthly SIMs: porting is supported (free).

How to order (and avoid failed port charges)

  1. Add the correct porting item to your basket (1 per number).
  2. Geographic (landline) ports are chargeable even if they fail — failures usually happen when the details you give don’t exactly match your current provider’s records. Please double-check everything to avoid failed port charges.
  3. To reduce the risk, and potentially reduce timescales for a successful port, we recommend Pre-Order Validation for geographic ports. 
  4. Checkout — we’ll email the next steps and collect the required info.
