Keep your number when you move to us. We support both mobile and UK geographic landline ports.

Number porting and Porting Pre-Order Validation are free of charge where available for your selected service.

Add 1 porting item per number (or per landline extension you want to port). We’ll collect the details after checkout.

Quick eligibility rules (mobile porting)

✔️ Data-only SIMs: number porting is not supported.

✔️ Prepaid SIMs: porting is supported on 12 months+ terms only.

✔️ Pay Monthly SIMs: porting is supported (free).

How to request number porting

  1. Add the correct free porting item to your basket, one per number you wish to transfer.
  2. Check that your account, address and number details match your current provider’s records. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause rejection or delay.
  3. If you are unsure who supplies your landline number, or your porting details are incomplete, you can select Pre-Order Validation when placing your order.
  4. Complete checkout — We will contact you with the next steps and collect the information required to process your transfer.
