  • Express SIM Delivery: £9.95 + VAT
  • SIM Replacement: £2.00 + VAT (plus postage)
    Note: SIM Replacement charges apply for existing Omni Mobile customers only. No PAC porting is required for a like-for-like replacement SIM.

VoIP & Number Porting

  • Number Porting (self‑service details): No charge
  • Porting Pre‑Order Validation (stand‑alone): £14.95 + VAT per number

Installation & Configuration

  • Setup & Onboarding - Phone systems (remote/phone/chat): £19.95 + VAT per extension
  • Setup & Onboarding - Digital Landlines/ Cloud Mobile (remote/phone/chat): £14.95 + VAT per service
  • Handset/ATA Preconfiguration: £14.95 + VAT per device
  • Remote Configuration - Third Party Handsets & ATAs: £24.95 + VAT per device

Out‑of‑Bundle Credit

Vouchers for premium/international usage:

  • £25 + VAT
  • £50 + VAT
  • £75 + VAT
  • £100 + VAT

Billing & Payment Fees

  • Itemised Billing Add‑On: £3.00 + VAT per month
  • Direct Debit Failure / Late Payment Surcharge: £5.00 + VAT
