Orders can be placed online 24/7.

Order processing and fulfilment is normally carried out during our working hours:

Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 17:30 (UK time)
Friday: 09:00 to 17:00 (UK time)

Orders placed outside these hours will be processed as soon as possible during the next working period.

Digital-only services do not require physical shipping unless otherwise stated.

This includes services such as:

Phone System services
other digital-only services where no physical SIM or hardware is supplied

Express SIM Delivery
Where available, Express SIM Delivery is offered for physical SIM orders at £9.95 + VAT. Order processing takes place during our normal working hours.

Express delivery is a faster delivery option, but delivery times are not guaranteed unless we expressly state otherwise.

Incorrect, Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or does not arrive as expected, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and help.
